Head Technician: Melissa
Melissa joined our team in 2005 and has not missed a beat.  A graduate of University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelors in Zoology, she furthered her education by gaining an Associated Degree in Veterinary Technology at NHCTC in New Hampshire.  A Licensed Technician since 2003, Melissa has been working with animals since 2000.  She and her husband live in Bowdoinham with their three cats and dog.  In her spare time  Melissa enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, Jack, camping and fishing.

Licensed Technician:  Anna
Anna is recognizable by her ready smile and always positive disposition.  Her love for animals is evident not only in her everyday interaction with patients, but at home where she and her husband, Jeff, care for their two horses (Barney and Buster) and their boxer, Duke.  Anna's compassionate demeanor complements her professional expertise to make working with her a joy and your pet's appointment as enjoyable as possible.

 Veterinary Assistant: Louise
Louise is a smiling face that has special interest in your pets dental care.  She is a veteran to the veterinary field.  Louise has been doing this type of work for eighteen plus years.  A native Mainer, Louise enjoys being outside whether it is fishing, being on the beach, or spending time with cat, Italian Greyhound, or two male rats.  Although Louise has only been working at At Home Veterinary Care since March of 2007 she shows no signs of going anywhere.

Veterinary Assistant:  Kathryn Williams

Kathryn Williams is a recent college graduate of North Carolina State University where she studied Biochemistry.  She is taking some time off class work before applying to Veterinary School next year.  Kathryn has been a veterinary  assistant for both small and large animals since 2001.  Kathryn started with At Home Veterinary Care in February of 2008.  In her spare time she enjoys sailing and taking her dog RB for long hikes.

Licensed Veterinary Technician:  Pat
Pat is a licensed technician since 1995, she has worked for one hospital previous to leaving to join out staff.  She recently moved to Maine with her 4 bearded collies and too many cats to count.  She hopes to start getting into outdoor hobbies again in the beautiful Maine environment.
