Services:

Our full groom includes

- bath

- body clip

- blow dry

- ear cleaning (and plucking if necessary)

- nail trim

- brush out

Additional services available include medicated bathing, de-matting and sedation under the care of a veterinarian if needed.

Appointments:

To make a grooming appointment, please call the clinic front desk at (207) 582-8800. We recommend planning at least one week in advance for most of the year, and two weeks during the summer and holiday periods.

Requirements:

To protect both your pet and other clients, your pet must be currently vaccinated for rabies and distemper, and preferably bordatella (kennel cough). If vaccinations are done by another veterinarian, you may either bring a copy of your pet's vaccine history or have your veterinarian's office fax a copy to us at (207) 588-2134.

Pricing:

Grooming prices depend on breed, coat condition and services required or desired. Please call for specific pricing for your pet!

Example of pricing structure for full grooms for popular breeds:

$46 Bichon, Dachshund, Shih-tzu

$55 Lab, Golden Retriever, Springer

$65 Standard Poodle, Border Collie, Husky

Preparing for your appointment:

To aide in the grooming process, as well as your pet's mental and physical comfort, it is best if your pet arrives for its appointment exercised, "relieved" and with a dry coat. During the admitting consultation, please make the groomer aware of any of your pet's likes and dislikes, such as aversion to hair dryers, having feet touched, etc.
